- Hand wash only and dry with the cap off

- Dry: air-dry with the cap off so no moisture stays trapped inside.
- Polish: rub the outside with lemon and a pinch of salt to restore the shine.

This cup is perfect. I’ve been through a few that all had issues. This one looks great, doesn’t leak, is real copper (except a rubber band that makes it leak proof) You can remove it if you’d like. It’s not glued on or anything. And a felt bottom so it rests well and doesn’t scratch surfaces. They got this one right.

I've ordered these before and they are amazing quality. I've ordered from other companies and theirs were dirty inside, not these. I absolutely love these leakproof copper water bottles and highly recommend!
Squeaky screw-tops are easily solved with a fingertip of coconut oil, lemon juice and salt water really does clean it thoroughly, most of the time a hot water rinse is sufficient, and for Gen-Z kids too young to remember sucking on a real, solid-copper-penny, when you were little, THAT TASTE IS THE COPPER IN YOUR WATER, which is why Ayurvedic medicine recommends taking water this way. Also, it’s gorgeous, and yes, it will eventually form a patina, but it’s glazed on the outside, and stays bright for quite a while.
Arrived with a palm sized dent in which was handled with customer service and noted accordingly. It's still useful regardless and the health benefits are what I was after with the purchase anyway
Decided to purchase after reading the reviews. It came fast & is beautiful. I washed it & filled with distilled water. My lid came off easily.. i rested it once tightened down on the seal,, ilayed it on its side for 5min or so.. no leaks.. On the hunt for a bowl for my dog now.
I love it, it’s 100% real. You might think the negatives are: My hands smell like copper after I hold it and it tarnished real quick.
This bottle was exactly as described. It is beautiful, ultra shiny and is a great size. The only thing I wasn't expecting was that cold is conducted very easily thought this bottle. You can't put very cold drinks inside because it is very difficult to hold on to. It is not great at holding temperature for insulation, but it is excellent if you are looking for an everyday water bottle.
The fantastic thing about copper vessels is that they turn water alkaline. I've only had the bottle for about a day and so far the water definitely tastes very alkaline, to the point I'm concerned just how much copper I'm consuming.Only notable issues are:-a strong metallic smell on the inside/outside of the bottle-some strange marks on the inside of the cap that won't come out-cleaning the bottle is somewhat difficult because you need a really long brush to scrub the bottom.

How do I clean my copper bottle?
Rinse with warm water and a mild soap, then let it dry fully with the cap off. To bring back the shine, rub the outside with lemon juice and a pinch of salt, rinse, and dry. Please don't put it in the dishwasher.

Why is my bottle changing color?
Copper naturally oxidizes and develops a darker patina over time. That's normal. A quick lemon-and-salt clean restores the bright finish whenever you like.
